A “stronghold” was a high, safe sanctuary in Hebrew terminology. It was a haven for those fleeing from assailants or adversaries.

We have been told by prophet Joel that for the years that cankerworm and caterpillar have eaten, that God will restore it.

God has promised us that He will restore those years back into our life so we won’t have any wasted years in our journey on earth.
Psalm 55:22 – cast all your burden on God
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Despite his tremendous hardships and troubles, David was able to turn his eyes on the Lord and lay his load upon Him, knowing that God would sustain him through every difficulty he experienced, for God will never allow the righteous to be shaken.
No matter what dangers, troubles or evils threaten yo orr what terrors and difficulties approach you, you should cast all my burdens on God, knowing that He will sustain and strengthen you.

People who are rescued and saved from the bondage of sin by grace through trust in Christ have the privilege of praying and getting answers from God.
We are not to be concerned about anything, but rather to let our troubles and everything disturbing us in our lives to the Lord in prayer.
We are to pray correctly, which is only possible if we remain in Christ and He in us.
We are to keep our hearts free of anxiety and worrying, and we can only do so by casting all our care and concern on the Lord Jesus, who cares for us.
